On June 9, 2005 Midwest Volleyball Warehouse announced that it was building a new facility that will house its growing catalog operation, retail store, and Northern Lights Juniors.

The building was completed on January 6, 2006 and is the finest volleyball facility in the Midwest.

• 8 Courts - each separated by divider curtains in 50' bays. More space than any other facility in the Midwest.
• Full Floating floor. Built on Neo-Shok pads, this floor will have a high degree of rebound and cushion. Players will see reduced injury from repetitive jumping and training on this floor.
• A 5000 sq ft Strength and Conditioning room dedicated to Northern Lights players.
• Separate Athletic Training room.
• 30' wide Mezzanine, 50% larger than the old facility mezzanine.
• Expanded concession area with dual serving windows for faster service.
• Northern Lights team room with computer/internet access for NL players.
• Special TV room for parents with internet access.
• Retail store 4 times larger than the old facility Midwest VB store.
• Located at the intersection of Cty 42 & Judicial Road.
• 450+ parking spaces.
