  • 3 years high school volleyball, starting setter for 2. Conference champs as a senior.

  • JO volleyball 1 season.

  • Miscellaneous gym & beach volleyball leagues & tournaments over the years.

  • M.S. in Engineering Management, National Technological University, 2003

  • B.S. in Chemical Engineering, University of Delaware, 1994

    Personal Bio:
     
  • Currently working full-time as an engineer/project lead for Seagate Technology in Bloomington. Yes, I make hard drives for a living!

  • Married for 10 years to David Morrison. Abby (8 years old, 3rd grade) is my only daughter.
  •  
  • Originally from the East Coast (Delaware to be exact). Moved to Minnesota in 1999. That was after brief stints in both Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
  •  
  • Besides work and NL, my time is spent at the rink or the barn. Abby is into horseback riding and does ~5 shows a year.
  •  
  • Abby is also getting into figure skating, which was my primary sport growing up. I was in an Olympic-caliber program and skated 3-4 hours a day, 6 days a week for 5-6 years. One reason I quit the sport was to be able to play volleyball.
  •  
    Favorite Volleyball Moment:
     Currently, my fondest memory was beating the best volleyball team in the state back when I was in high school. This led up to us being conference champs for the first time in the school's 20 year history. However, that being said, it was a very long time ago and I'm very much hoping to make some new favorite moments with Northern Lights!
