Northern Lights National Qualifier College On-line Payment Problems
Possible solution for a PayPal problem
Please understand that we at Northern Lights, nor the support staff at Signuptoplay.com have any control over how PayPal works. When you click the PayPal button on Signuptoplay.com, you are taken from Signuptoplay.com to PayPal and you are totally out of our control at that point.
We do however know of a few issues that PayPal has. The biggest problem that a user of PayPal has is with Internet Explorer version 6 and higher. In version 6.0 and higher of Internet Explorer, by default the security settings have been set to reject the "cookies" needed by PayPal. If you have IE Version 6.0 or higher you can fix this by manually overriding the cookie settings. This is done with the following steps:
This usually will solve the problem with the Cookies that PayPal sends.
After you are done with your PayPal Session we recommend that you "undo" the above modifications thus resetting your browser back to the default security settings.
If you are still unable to complete the PayPal process you will have to contact PayPal directly. We at Northern Lights are unable to assist you with any computer/PayPal problems. Signuptoplay.com is also unable to help you with any PayPal problems. All PayPal problems are between PayPal and the user's computer.
Other known PayPal problems that we have heard about but have no advice on:
