The Mizuno Northern Lights Qualifier is using the Stay and Play Policy again this year. Each team will need to book a minimum of 12 room nights. (1 room night is equal to 1 room for 1 night, so 12 room nights would be equal to 4 rooms for 3 nights.) In order for a team (non local) to be accepted into the tournament they need to be utilizing an approved Tournament Hotel. Northern Lights has contracted with The THS Company to manage reservations and approve all hotels being used for this event. Teams and parents may book hotel rooms for this year's event by contacting The THS Company. Simply click on their logo below. Reservations for hotels will be accepted starting on October 25, 2011 at 9:00am EST. Please Note: The THS website and phone reservation system will be out of service from Friday evening Oct 28 - Monday Morning Oct 31 as they move into new offices. |
Last year we GAVE AWAY over 300 room nights valued at
over $30,000!
Your team could be eligible this year for some of those free rooms.
Here's the official Policy:
| This year we continue our 1/15 room nights paid comp policy for teams. For every 15 room nights actually used, a team will be awarded one comp room night (the 16th night) at hotels other than the two headquarter hotels (the Hilton Convention Center for both weeks, the Marriott City Center for week 1 only, and the Hyatt Regency Downtown for week 2 only). Parent rooms may be counted for this comp award as long as the specific team name and age group is included in the parent reservation. |
