Club Coaches need to download/print out a copy of this schedule before leaving for the tournament. There will be no printed schedules handed out at the tournament. All schedules will only be posted on this website.
At the Convention Center there will be Results Look Up Stations for everyone to use. You will be able to view the results and see your future schedule on these stations. We are paperless this year, and there are no paper postings. The official schedule is the one you see on the Internet and at the Results Stations.
Parents at home can view our Real Time Results on our website. Match scores are updated every 7 minutes!
Coaches can check the schedule each day from the comfort of their hotel room on the internet!
In addition to this on-line schedule, UniversityAthlete.com has agreed to give all club coaches and parents a free copy of the parent version of the scheduling software for this tournament. Go to the Universityathlete.com website to obtain the palm software before you leave for the tournament.
All teams must check-in/register at the Convention Center before the tournament starts. See our team check-in/registration webpage for complete information on check in. Warning: Do not just show up on your first morning of play to check-in/register. Primary check-in is the night before the event. On the morning of the tournament there will only be one person handling late check-in and the line could become very long. Matches will not be held waiting for a team to check-in, and any team that plays a match before completing check-in will officially forfeit that match regardless of the outcome of the match.
All teams who play in the AM wave, must be checked in prior to 7:30 am on the first day of the tournament. Teams not checked in by that time will be dropped from the schedule and not put back in. This includes teams who do not play or ref the first match.
