These changes are implemented by the Qwest Center. They are not changes implemented by the Tournament. All comments and questions concerning these changes should be directed to the Qwest Center Staff and not the Tournament Staff. The Tournament Staff is not able to make any decisions or changes in regards to these new rules. Thank you.

Asics President’s Day Classic!

 

Please note that we have made a few changes:

 

• A Food Court will be located upstairs on the Meeting Level, outside of the Junior Ballroom (Meeting Rooms 201-204).  The Food Court will be open throughout the entire day/evening and will offer breakfast items, coffee, Maui Wowi smoothies, sandwiches, granola bars, fruit, nachos, pretzels, pizza, chicken fingers and more. 
• The Junior Ballroom (Meeting Rooms 201-204) is available to all players, coaches and spectators for eating and seating during and between matches all day long. 
• Food and beverage items purchased from the Food Court ARE allowed inside the Exhibit Hall.  Outside food & drinks are NOT allowed anywhere inside the building.
• “Camping” or “lounging” in the staircases and hallways will NOT be allowed.  Please use the Junior Ballroom (Meeting Rooms 201-204) to relax during or between matches.

 

The following items are NOT allowed to be brought into the facility:

 

• Chairs
• Large and/or wheeled coolers
• Fast food
• Outside food & drink
• Perishable food items (deli meat, cheese, bread, etc.)
• Crockpots, food warmers or heaters
