Event Registration Instructions

All event registration is done on-line at www.signuptoplay.com.   Instructions for registering are below.

To register for an event where rosters are NOT required:

  1. Go to www.signuptoplay.com
  2. If necessary, create a new "Director of a Junior Club account". (You can check on the home page to determine if you already have an account)
  3. Login using your new or existing login information.
  4. Click on the 'Teams' link to create your team or teams.
  5. Click on the 'Enter Events' link on the left hand side of your screen.
  6. Click the button 'Enter a Team in an Event'.
  7. In the Event Location select 'Minnesota'.
  8. Select the event you wish to enter, the Team, and the Division. 
  9. Click the 'Save' button.
  10. Repeat steps 6 - 9 for each team you wish to enter into an event.
  11. Click on the 'Display Entry Form' to print out the registration form.  You can print the form for each team, or for all teams.  
  12. Mail the form and payment to the address below (or the address specified on the form).
