3 dates in October featuring Defense, Setting, Hitting, and Serving/Passing

• Skill Sessions are a fast paced intense way to improve a specific skill.
• Each Skill Session focuses on one and only one skill for 90 minutes.

• These sessions are open to players Grade 7 thru Grade 12 fall of 2009 (ages 13-18)
• Cost is $25.00 per session.
• Register early - We are attempting to limit each court to only ten players.

To register you must do so on-line at www.signuptoplay.com.. You may also pay on-line using a credit card, PayPal, or you may mail us your Skill Session fee. Once you have registered you will need to print out and have your parents read and sign our Liability Release Form. Mail your signed registration form (printed from Signuptoplay.com) and your liability form to us.

Advanced Hitting Skill Session

3 dates in October to improve your hitting.

• The Advanced Hitting Skill Sessions are geared toward players with more experience.
• Players will work on advanced offensive shots.

• Cost is $25.00 per session.
• Register early - We are attempting to limit each court to only ten players.
• To attend an Advanced Hitting Skill Session you must meet one of the following criteria:

8th grade fall 2009, minimum 2 years Junior Olympic club experience.

9th grade fall 2009, minimum 2 years Junior Olympic club experience and starter Freshman team or above.

10th grade fall 2009, minimum 2 years Junior Olympic club experience and Junior Varsity starter or Varsity team member.

11th grade fall 2009, minimum 3 years Junior Olympic club experience and Varsity starter.

12th grade fall 2009, minimum 3 years Junior Olympic club experience and Varsity player

Elite Skill Session

3 dates to prepare yourself for the coming season at an Elite level

• Elite Skill Sessions will cover all aspects of the game in a 2 hour time block. You will be grouped by age and/or skill.

• Elite Skill Sessions are by APPLICATION ONLY. We will notify you of your acceptance by e-mail on Monday/Tuesday of the week prior to your session. In general you must meet one of the following criteria to be considered for acceptance.

7th & 8th grade players are eligible only for the October 25th Elite Skill Session.

9th grade fall 2009, minimum 2 years Junior Olympic club experience and starter Freshman team or above.

10th grade fall 2009, minimum 2 years Junior Olympic club experience and Junior Varsity starter or Varsity team member.

11th grade fall 2009, minimum 3 years Junior Olympic club experience and Varsity starter.

12th grade fall 2009, minimum 3 years Junior Olympic club experience and Varsity player
