The Crush-It is designed to allow players to perform many repetitions without having to stop and shag balls. Players can improve spiking technique, approach, arm swing, vertical jump, and endurance. This is a very effective aid for teaching full arm extension and correct body position in relation to ball at contact. The Crush-It can be easily set up in the corner of any gym, garage or basement and easily adjusts to different heights. Ball attachments on side of the ball allow the player to hit on top of the ball.
